The Getty Museum Store is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are in their original, unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
